You logged into a patient portal, booked online, or had lab work billed through a collection agency. Four of these five cases are about tracking code on a health system's website that passed your activity to advertisers. Allina Health covers September 16, 2018 to May 11, 2026. Banner Health covers June 1, 2020 to November 22, 2023. LifeStance covers March 1, 2020 to April 30, 2023. Penn Medicine covers January 23, 2021 to January 23, 2023. Labcorp is a breach case about billing data at AMCA.
Payments are small and mostly pro rata, meaning the fund is split among valid claims. Banner Health pays $20 cash plus a year of CyEx Privacy Shield Pro. Penn Medicine pays up to $15 across about 756,723 people. Labcorp pays about $50 flat or up to $5,000 with documented losses. None of the five requires receipts.

- ✓You logged into the patient portal, paid a bill online or booked online, for the four pixel cases.
- ✓You had a Pennsylvania mailing address on file, for Penn Medicine only.
- ✓You are not an officer, director, counsel or court staff member excluded by the settlement.
- ✓You did not exclude yourself before the opt-out deadline.
None of these five cases asks for receipts, and the administrator matches your claim against the health system's own patient and portal records.

Anyone who used an Allina Health website as a portal, bill pay or scheduling user between September 16, 2018 and May 11, 2026 is covered, plus patients who used none of those.

I was a patient but never used the online portal. Am I covered?
At Allina Health, yes. Its class has a second group for patients who did not use the portal, bill pay or scheduling between September 16, 2018 and May 11, 2026. LifeStance has the same structure: Subclass 1 is patients who booked through the website tool, and Subclass 2 is every other patient from March 1, 2020 to April 30, 2023. Banner Health and Penn Medicine require an actual portal login during their windows, so a patient who never logged in is outside those two.
What is a tracking pixel case?
The health system placed analytics or advertising code from companies such as Meta or Google on its website or portal. The lawsuits allege that code sent details of what patients clicked, searched or scheduled to those companies without consent. The settlements do not require you to prove any data actually left. Being a patient who used the site during the class period is the test, and the administrator confirms that from the health system's records.
