You may qualify for the LifeStance pixel privacy settlement if you were a patient between March 2020 and April 2023

You may qualify if

• ✓You were a LifeStance Health patient between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2023.
• ✓Subclass 1: you booked at least one session through the online booking tool on the public LifeStance website during that period.
• ✓Subclass 2: you were a LifeStance patient in that period and are not in Subclass 1.
• ✓You are not a LifeStance officer or director, a related entity or its counsel, court personnel, or someone who opted out.

What you need to file

No receipts or records are required. The online form is five steps: open the official site, pick the claim form for the subclass named in your settlement notice, enter your patient, contact, and payment details, submit, and save the confirmation. With your notice in front of you it takes a few minutes.

Mail is an option as well. A paper form counts if it is postmarked no later than September 29, 2026. If your address or payment details change later, tell the administrator.

Deadline and what you get

File online or postmark a paper form by September 29, 2026.

Payments are pro rata, meaning an equal or proportional share of the fund set aside for your subclass after court-approved costs. The facts give no per-person figure, and your amount depends on how many valid claims land in your group.

The lawsuit said tracking pixels on the public LifeStance site sent patient information to companies like Meta and Google. LifeStance denies it, and the court has not ruled. The Payout app also lists this settlement and links to the same form.
