Cases for people who worked for or applied to a named employer

Checked August 30, 2026

You clocked in at Guitar Center, a poultry plant, Americold or Excel Fitness, applied to Red Robin in Washington, or signed a contractor agreement with Mercor. The poultry wages settlement is the largest at $398.05 million and covers non-supervisory hourly workers at Perdue, Tyson, Pilgrim's Pride, Sanderson Farms, Wayne Farms and others between January 1, 2000 and July 20, 2021. Guitar Center covers California employees from January 11, 2020 to July 11, 2025. Americold and Excel Fitness are breach cases involving employee data. Workers' compensation is an attorney intake.

Poultry payments are pro rata on tenure and earnings, and the first round went out May 15, 2026. Red Robin estimates $573.43 per applicant. Americold pays $100 or $200 flat or up to $25,000 in documented losses. Every case here is free to file with the administrator directly, and the Payout app is one optional way to check every employer group at once.

You may qualify if

  • You were an hourly, non-exempt or non-supervisory employee of the named company during its dates.
  • You applied for a job with the company, for Red Robin and the breach cases that include applicants.
  • You signed a Mercor Worker Agreement or submitted a W-9 and uploaded ID or did a recorded interview.
  • You have a photo ID or one paystub, which the poultry settlement requires.

The poultry settlement asks for a photo ID or a single paystub, and the other cases match your name against the employer's records without documents.

Questions

I worked at a poultry plant 20 years ago. Is that too long ago?

No. The class runs from January 1, 2000 through July 20, 2021, and the participation period was extended to August 31, 2026. You had to be a non-supervisory hourly employee at a processing complex, plant, hatchery or feed mill operated by one of the defendant companies. You attach a copy of a photo ID such as a driver's license or employee ID, or one paycheck or paystub from that job. Payments come from a $398.05 million fund and are pro rata on tenure and earnings.

Is the workers' compensation listing a settlement?

No. Morgan & Morgan runs it as a sponsored attorney intake for people injured on the job whose benefits were denied or reduced. There is no class, no fund and no administrator. A lawyer reviews your submission, and whether they take your case, and what it might recover, depends on that review and a separate agreement with the firm. Workers' compensation itself is a state benefits system, so the timeline and amounts follow your state's rules.
