The site lists open class action settlements and law-firm intake pages that a person in the United States can still file or sign up for. Each page carries the eligibility rules, what proof the form asks for, the deadline, and the amount the administrator has estimated, taken from the official settlement site or the intake page it links to. Pages show the date we last checked them. We re-check listed cases on a rolling basis and pull pages whose deadlines have passed.
Filing is free everywhere. The official administrator site is free, the Payout app is free, and Payout never takes a cut of any payment. If a service asks for a fee to submit a claim, do not use it.
The administrator link or the law-firm sign-up link on each page is where you actually file. We do not decide eligibility, and we do not guarantee approval or an amount.
