Cases for people who paid for a streaming TV or software subscription

Checked August 30, 2026

You paid monthly for YouTube TV, DirecTV Stream, DirecTV Now, AT&T TV Now, an Adobe plan, or a FitOn account. Two Disney settlements cover the live TV services between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2026 from a $50 million fund. A separate YouTube TV auto-renewal case covers California residents who paid for a renewal between February 1, 2017 and October 29, 2021. Adobe is an attorney intake over early termination fees. FitOn covers accounts from October 22, 2022 to May 29, 2026.

The YouTube TV auto-renewal case estimates about $92 per person. FitOn pays up to $10. The two Disney cases pay pro rata on months subscribed. Adobe's intake describes statutory damages of up to $500 depending on your state. Both Disney forms take self-certified dates with no records attached.

You may qualify if

  • You subscribed to YouTube TV, DirecTV Stream, DirecTV Now or AT&T TV Now at any point between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2026.
  • You are a California resident who paid for a YouTube TV renewal between February 1, 2017 and October 29, 2021, billed by YouTube and not through the iOS App Store.
  • You held a FitOn account and watched a prerecorded video between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026.

Questions

Can I file both Disney claims and the YouTube TV renewal claim?

The two Disney listings (Disney Streaming and Disney YouTube TV Antitrust) describe the same $50 million fund and the same April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2026 class, so they count as one claim. The YouTube TV auto-renewal case is separate: California residents only, renewals between February 1, 2017 and October 29, 2021, estimated at about $92. Its deadline is August 30, 2026, and the Disney deadline is September 8, 2026.

Is the Adobe case a settlement?

No. Adobe is an attorney intake run by Labaton Keller Sucharow for individual consumer arbitration claims after the Department of Justice and FTC accused Adobe of hiding early termination fees. There is no settlement fund and no claim form. A law firm reviews your information and decides whether to take the case, and any recovery depends on that review, your state's law and a separate agreement with counsel. The figure of up to $500 is a statutory damages estimate. Nobody is promised that amount.
