You typed period or pregnancy dates into Flo, watched workouts on FitOn, used an Android app as a kid, or opened the NBA app. Each case alleges the app passed what you did to outside advertisers. Flo covers U.S. users between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019. FitOn covers October 22, 2022 to May 29, 2026. Google Play covers anyone under 13 who used a Play store app from April 1, 2015 onward. The NBA app case is an attorney intake.
Flo splits a $59.5 million fund pro rata, and California residents get double. Google Play estimates $40 to $200. FitOn pays up to $10. The NBA intake describes statutory damages of up to $2,500 depending on your state. I used Flo after 2019. Am I in the settlement?
No. The Flo class covers use between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019, the period when the app allegedly sent health data to Facebook and Google analytics tools. Later users are outside the class. You also had to enter menstruation or pregnancy information and not opt out by July 20, 2025. California residents who lived in the state during the window qualify for a subclass that pays double, with proof of residency. The claim deadline is October 15, 2026.
Can an adult file the Google Play children's claim for themselves?
Yes, if you were under 13 at any point during the class period, which runs from April 1, 2015 to the settlement date. Parents or legal guardians file for children who are still minors. The estimated payment is $40 to $200 and moves with the total number of valid claims. The form asks for no receipts. The deadline is September 14, 2026.
