SunTrust covers Georgia overdraft fees between July 12, 2006 and April 15, 2014. Equifax covers people who got a Duplicate Reporting Letter in August or September 2022. How do I know if my landlord used RealPage?
You do not need any relationship with RealPage yourself, and the claim form does not ask you to prove the software was used. The class is anyone who paid rent on at least one U.S. multifamily apartment between October 18, 2018 and November 21, 2025 where the landlord or property manager used RealPage's LRO, YieldStar or AIRM products. Payment is pro rata on rent paid, no documents are required, and the deadline is January 29, 2027.
What is a cash sweep claim?
Milberg is investigating Commonwealth Financial Network's sweep programs, which allegedly paid as little as 0.01% while money market options paid substantially more, with the bank keeping the spread. This is an attorney intake with no settlement fund. The $1,000 to $10,000 figure refers to what a court may award a class representative if a case is certified. Any other recovery would be based on actual damages.
