If you applied for a Red Robin job in Washington between January 1, 2023 and June 12, 2026, and the administrator mailed you a Notice ID and PIN, you may be in this $1,674,500 settlement. The claims say some Washington postings left out the wage scale or salary range. Red Robin disputes that and the court has not ruled.
Filing is free on the official settlement site. The administrator decides who qualifies.

The online form is five steps: open it, enter the Notice ID and PIN, confirm your contact information, fill the claim fields, submit. You can also file by email or by mail. A few minutes with the notice in front of you.
If you lost the notice, the official site is where to reach the administrator for a replacement Notice ID. Nothing else on the form needs a document.
Deadline and what you get
The deadline is September 25, 2026.
Everyone with a valid claim gets an equal share of the net fund. The administrator estimates $573.43 each, but the number moves with how many valid claims come in and could reach $5,000. Nothing is fixed until the claims are counted.
