If you paid for YouTube TV, DirecTV Stream, DirecTV Now or AT&T TV Now at any point between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2026, you may qualify, and there is nothing to upload. The deadline is September 8, 2026.
The case, Biddle v. The Walt Disney Company, alleged Disney's carriage practices pushed up the price of live-streaming TV. Disney agreed to a $50 million settlement. This page and the Disney YouTube TV antitrust page on this site cover the same settlement.

You may qualify if
- ✓You bought a live-streaming TV subscription to YouTube TV, DirecTV Stream, DirecTV Now or AT&T TV Now.
- ✓That subscription ran at some point between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2026.
- ✓You can state your start and end dates and sign for them under penalty of perjury.
What you need to file
No receipts and no subscription records. You certify when your subscription started and ended, under penalty of perjury. The claim site logs you in with your YouTube TV or DirecTV account details.
With your account email handy, the form takes a few minutes.
Deadline and what you get
Submit by September 8, 2026, which is also the opt-out date. Payment is a pro rata cash share of the $50 million fund based on how long you subscribed. There is no fixed amount, and your share depends on how many valid claims are filed.
The final approval hearing is January 14, 2027, and payments go out after approval. The Payout app also lists this settlement and links to the same official form.
