If you personally bought Strides-brand testosterone gel in the United States between June 1, 2022 and July 31, 2025, and you can document it, you may be in this settlement. Strides Pharma agreed to at least $750,000 in Painter v. Strides Pharma Inc., pending in the Southern District of New York, without admitting wrongdoing.

This is a proof-required settlement. Your records decide the amount. Filing is free on the Verita claim portal, and the administrator makes the eligibility call.

You may qualify if

  • You are an individual, not a business, who bought Strides testosterone gel in the U.S. for personal or household use between June 1, 2022 and July 31, 2025.
  • You have paperwork showing who bought it and when.
  • You have an NDC number (64380015102 or 64380015202 are two of them) or other manufacturer identification proving the product was Strides.
  • You have a pharmacy, insurer, or pharmacy-benefit-manager record, or a receipt, showing what you paid out of pocket.

What you need to file

Proof is required for every purchase. Each record must show the purchaser, the purchase date, the Strides product or NDC, and the out-of-pocket amount. A pharmacy printout usually carries all four.

The online form is five steps: gather the records, open the Verita claim page, enter each purchase date, upload the documents, submit and save your confirmation. Budget time for pulling pharmacy history before you start; the form itself is quick once you have it.

Deadline and what you get

The deadline is September 16, 2026.

You get a percentage of your documented out-of-pocket cost, set by purchase date: 40% for June 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023, 75% for 2024, and 100% for January 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025. If a prescription cost you under $3.50, the administrator uses $3.50 as the base before applying the percentage.

Questions about the Strides Testosterone Gel case

I do not have receipts. Can I file anyway?

Not for this one. Proof is required, but a pharmacy, insurer, or benefits-manager record counts, so ask your pharmacy for a purchase history.

How do I know my gel was the Strides brand?

Check the NDC on the label or pharmacy record. 64380015102 and 64380015202 are Strides codes; other manufacturer identification also works.

My insurance covered most of it. Is it still worth filing?

The payment is a percentage of what you paid out of pocket, with a $3.50 floor per prescription. Only you can weigh that against the time to gather records.
