If you had a FitOn account and watched at least one prerecorded video between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026, you may qualify for up to $10. No proof is needed, and the deadline is August 31, 2026.
The case, Hoffman v. FitOn Inc., alleged FitOn shared subscribers' viewing histories with third parties such as Meta without the consent the Video Privacy Protection Act requires. FitOn denies wrongdoing and agreed to a $2.5 million fund.
Filing on the official site is free. The administrator decides eligibility.
You may qualify if
- ✓You live in the United States.
- ✓You held a FitOn account at any time between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026.
- ✓You watched at least one prerecorded video on FitOn during that period.
What you need to file
No documents. The online form asks for the Login ID and PIN from your settlement notice. If you never got one, download the printable paper form, which needs no PIN, and mail it to FitOn VPPA Settlement, PO Box 25191, Santa Ana, CA 92799.
The online form is five steps: open the claim page, enter Login ID and PIN, submit online or by mail, choose PayPal, Venmo or a mailed check, save your confirmation. A few minutes if you have the notice.
Deadline and what you get
File by August 31, 2026. The payment is up to $10, paid by PayPal, Venmo or check. Because the $2.5 million fund is shared among everyone with a valid claim, the final amount depends on how many people file.

Can I file without a Login ID and PIN?
Yes. The paper claim form on the settlement site does not require a PIN. Mail it to the address on the form.
