You may qualify for the Lands' End data breach settlement if your information was in the December 2024 attack

You may qualify if

• ✓You live in the United States.
• ✓Your private information was compromised in the December 2024 incident involving Lands' End computer systems.
• ✓You are not a Lands' End director or officer, a government entity, the assigned judge, or part of the judge's family or court staff.

What you need to file

For the $60 estimated cash payment, no proof is needed. You need the Login ID and PIN printed on your settlement notice. If you lost the notice, the administrator can send those credentials on request.

For the documented-loss payment of up to $5,000, you upload receipts, bank statements, or other records showing what the breach cost you.

The online form runs six steps: open it, enter your Login ID and PIN, pick the $60 payment or the documented-loss option, upload records if you chose documented losses, submit, and save a copy. You can also submit by email or by mail with a postmark no later than the deadline. With the notice in front of you and no documents to attach, it takes a few minutes.

Deadline and what you get

Claims are due October 22, 2026, online, by email, or postmarked by mail.

Facts on the settlement site list an estimated $60 for the no-proof option and up to $5,000 for documented losses. The $60 figure is an estimate, so the final amount can move depending on how many valid claims come in.

The court has not decided whether Lands' End or the people who sued are right. Both sides settled so class members could get paid without a trial. The Payout app also lists this settlement and links to the same official form.
