How to work out which cases you are probably in

Last checked August 30, 2026

The fastest way to find your cases is to go through your own history in five buckets: where you have lived, what you have bought, which accounts and apps you have had, who you have worked for, and which breach or privacy letters have landed in your mailbox. Almost every settlement on this site keys on one of those five.

Do it with a bank app open and the mail pile nearby.

Where you lived, and when

State residency decides many of these. The SunTrust overdraft settlement is Georgia residents only, with continuous residency from July 12, 2010 through October 6, 2017. YouTube TV auto-renewal, Brooklyn Bedding and Tesla idle fees are California cases. Penn Medicine wants a Pennsylvania mailing address on file between January 23, 2021 and January 23, 2023. Generic drug price-fixing covers every state except Indiana and Ohio.

Renters get a category of their own. If you paid rent on a multifamily apartment anywhere in the United States between October 18, 2018 and November 21, 2025 and the property manager used RealPage software, you are in that class whether or not you ever heard of RealPage.

What you bought and what you subscribed to

Scan your card statements for the names on the list: a mattress from Leesa, Helix, Bear or Brooklyn Bedding; a Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid or JennAir refrigerator built between 2018 and 2021; a Chantix prescription between September 29, 2015 and September 17, 2021; Strides testosterone gel between June 1, 2022 and July 31, 2025; a StubHub ticket for a New York or Nevada event between April 2022 and April 2025.

Subscriptions hide in plain sight. YouTube TV or DirecTV Stream at any point from April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2026 puts you in the $50 million Disney settlement. A FitOn account where you watched one video between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026 is a $10 claim. The Flo app with period or pregnancy data entered between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019 is a share of $59.5 million.

Who you worked for and where you were a patient

Poultry plant workers from January 1, 2000 through July 20, 2021, Guitar Center California staff from January 11, 2020 through July 11, 2025, and Americold and Excel Fitness employees caught in breaches each have a case. Health systems are their own bucket: Allina, Banner, LifeStance, Penn Medicine and Labcorp each settled over tracking pixels or a billing vendor breach, and each keys on whether you were a patient or portal user in a specific window.

The letters you already got

A data breach notice is the single strongest signal. Comcast, Circle K, Equinox, Lands' End, Lemonade, STIIIZY, Mercor and Labcorp all sent one, and in most of those the letter carries the ID that opens the claim form. Search your email for the company name plus the word notice.

The Payout app lists open settlements you may fit and links to the same official claim forms this site does. It is free and it is one way to do this. The administrator's site is where the claim gets filed either way.
